Noelle’s current career in aesthetics was formed long ago when she started training as a Olympic level ice dancer. She trained intensely at a young age and continue to hone her artistry and skill through university. Wellness, health, beauty, style and physical fitness had always been an intricate part of her training. When it was time to choose a major, nutrition and dietetics was perfect career path. She attended the University of Delaware, graduated in 3 years and completed her Masters in Psychology
After collage she began working as a Registered Dietitian, and was appointed the Chief of Dietetics at Salem Medical Center, in Salem NJ. It was there that she met her husband, Dr. Stuart Diamond a surgeon. After some time as colleagues and friends, they fell in love and tied the knot in 2009. Together they blended their families and their love with Stuart’s 3 children, and with 2 of their own to later follow.
After about 15 years with them both working in their own healthcare industries, they decided to unite forces and form Body Rx Medical Spa and Wellness Center. The areas first luxury medical spa to blend luxury, design, aesthetics, and medicine. Noelle and Stuart made the decision to go big or go home with this venture and chose to feature the Swiss luxury skin care brand Valmont, as well as the most advanced lasers on the market today.
Noelle’s favorite beauty treatment that she can not live without is BBL. “I can’t get enough! I actually asked the trainer if there is such a thing as doing it too much! I want to BBL myself every week. It is truly transformative to the skin. I battle with rosacea and acne, and treatment controls those conditions like nothing else I have ever experienced.”

Laura Pino has been a physician assistant for 20 years, graduating from Wagner College undergrad in 2002 and graduate program in 2004. Her career has spanned a range of specialties including obstetrics & gynecology, surgery, urgent care, interventional radiology and primary care/family medicine. She is also an educator for budding medical professionals. Approaching the patient as a whole, considering not only health and wellness issues, but body image concerns and overall comfort as well, is her goal. Gabriella’s favorite treatment area of the face is full-face rejuvenation and the lips. She takes pride in her ability to enhance one’s beauty and features while maintaining their natural anatomy.
